ACCOMMODATIONS: Reservations are secured by making a 50% deposit. The balance is due upon arrival. Reservations can be rescheduled up to 2 weeks prior to your stay but will be subject to a 20% reschedule fee. No refunds for cancellations.

• 2 Night Minimum Stay on Weekends (Rates can vary on Premium nights) in Tipis and Cabins.
• No smoking or candles permitted inside of accommodations.
• No pets permitted in Tipis. Cabins are pet friendly with $50 per pet fee. Owners of pet(s) continuously barking (or otherwise causing disruption) will be asked to either leave or have pet(s) boarded at a nearby facility.
• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after pet(s) (including indoor and/or outdoor bathroom messes) to avoid additional cleaning fee.
• Additional guests over maximum number allowed - $25 per extra person, per night.
• 9pm noise curfew
• No loud music
• Check-in time 3pm (4pm for the Eagle's Nest Cabin and Meadowview Cottage). Check out time: 11am.
• Check-out procedures include washing any dishes used, taking any trash to dumpster located by office, leave door unlocked, and leave key in accommodation.
• Additional cleaning fee of up to $100 will be charged to your account if checkout procedures are not followed and/or property is left excessively dirty or disheveled.
• You must let us know immediately of any damage or spillage so that we can clean or repair as soon as possible to minimize the damage. We reserve the right to charge for any breakages and/or damage caused and will charge against the card held for payment. 
• The person(s) making the booking will be held responsible for any cleaning/repair fees.
• Bookings made within 24 hours of date of stay require a phone call from guests to verify reservation.

ADVENTURE PARK: 
All Park participants must be at least 48 inches tall, weigh 60 pounds and weigh less than 260 pounds. Children ages 7-12 must be accompanied by an adult (or by someone 15 years of age or older acting as an adult) with a child-to-parent ratio of 3-4 to 1. Teens aged 13/14 may be able to climb solo depending on size, physical strength and maturity level.

• The Adventure Park is open rain or shine, so we recommend dressing for the weather!
• In the event of severe weather (such as thunder, lightning, or high winds) the courses may close and will re-open after the weather passes, if possible
• Although we are unable to offer refunds, in the event of any course or Park closures, your time may be extended if times are available that day, or vouchers will be made available for you to use for future climbs. Just call us! You will immediately receive a ‘gift card’ code equal to the full value of your reservation. You can then re-book, using that credit, for any future available dates and times.

BOAT RENTALS

• All participants must know how to SWIM. 
• Swimming is not permitted in the Sandy River Reservoir.
• If planning to go fishing, a Virginia license is required.
• Must be at least 7 years of age to take part in boat rentals.
  
• Must be at least 14 years of age to man a boat by yourself.
